Hi I’m Karolina.

I'm a trauma-informed practitioner specialising in helping ambitious, high-functioning women reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their inner authority, and build lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside - without burning out to get there.

I understand the high-pressure world of performance because I lived it. I understood the particular exhaustion of holding everything together while feeling nothing on the inside. It wasn't until everything I'd been white-knuckling finally gave way that I discovered the truth that changed everything:

Lasting transformation doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from creating safety in your body first.

That realisation became the foundation of everything I do. Today I guide women to stop performing their lives - and start actually living them.

Real transformation lives in the body — not just the mind.

You already understand yourself. You have done the reading, the therapy, the reflection. You can name your patterns with precision - and still find yourself repeating them. That is not a lack of insight. That is biology.

Lasting change does not happen through understanding alone. It happens when your nervous system - the part of you that governs every decision, reaction, and impulse beneath conscious thought - learns that it is safe enough to respond differently.

This is where most personal development stops short. And it is exactly where this work begins.

1:1 Sessions 

This is a private, intensive 1:1 mentorship for high-performing women whose external lives are functioning and whose internal lives are not.

Not therapy. Not coaching. Not another system to implement on top of an already full life.

This is identity-level work - the kind that changes how you experience your life, not just how you manage it. We work at the level where the disconnection actually lives: your nervous system, your values, your sense of self beneath the roles you perform so well.

I bring clinical training in trauma-informed practice, somatic experiencing, and nervous system science. I also bring the lived experience of this world - the specific texture of high-achieving women's lives, its invisible load, its performance fatigue, its particular brand of feeling stuck.

This begins with an honest conversation - a mutual assessment of whether this is the right work, at the right time, for where you are. If it is, we'll both know quickly.

Yoga & Somatic Movement

People are extraordinarily skilled at one thing: living entirely in their heads. The body becomes something to manage - fuelled, exercised, pushed through - while the real work happens above the shoulders.

But fulfilment is not a thought. It is a felt experience, and it lives in the body.

These classes are not about fitness or flexibility. They are about rebuilding the one relationship most driven women have quietly abandoned: the relationship with their own physical intelligence. Using breath, movement, and intentional presence, each session works directly with your nervous system - building the regulatory capacity that makes clarity, ease, and genuine self-trust not just possible, but natural.

Meditation

You are struggling to hear yourself beneath all the thinking?

Years of high performance - of optimising, delivering, and calibrating to external expectations - create a particular kind of internal static. You become fluent in everyone else's signal and increasingly a stranger to your own.

Meditation, practised this way, is not about silence or emptiness. It is a precise, evidence-based method for rebuilding access to your own clarity - the kind that does not waver when someone questions your decision, or when the path forward is not yet obvious.

Over time, the practice builds something more valuable than calm: it builds discernment. The capacity to know, without needing to justify it, what is true for you.
