There is certain magic to Women’s Circle at Karolina’s. Every time I walk into the beautiful and carefully arranged setting with women quietly gathered around, I instantly know that this is exactly where I want to be and what I need and my heart fills with joy! The candles, its light, the flowers and scents, beautiful furnishings and the sense of anticipation of something special are all there and it feels almost mystical. Most importantly, I am here to focus on myself, connect with like minded women and often heal. Life is busy, there is so much pressure and expectation we often set of ourselves but at Karolina’s I learn that it is ok to sometimes feel powerless, silly or make mistakes and I am not alone in that. Whilst we share our experiences, fears and hopes it is only to the degree we are comfortable with, and we do so in a respectful manner with no judgement or advice offered. I have also learnt how my body and mind are interconnected with the universe and why I may sometimes feel or behave in a certain way, how to identify these feelings, make peace with them or channel into positive energy.
Coming to the circle calms me down, gives me confidence that I am on the right path, I am fine and will be fine! And may I say, chocolates, strawberries and beautiful tea at the end are all divine and a nice touch too!
