HER STORY

You're good at your life. Exceptional, probably. And still - somewhere between the diary full of commitments and the version of yourself you perform daily - there's a gap. A low-level hum of is this it? that achievement keeps promising to silence, and never quite does.

That gap is what we close.

What changes when you work with me:

You stop second-guessing decisions you're more than qualified to make. You stop moderating yourself in rooms you've earned the right to be in. You lead - at work, at home, in your own life - with the kind of quiet authority that doesn't need to announce itself. And for the first time in a while, your inner experience starts to match your outer one.

This isn't about finding yourself. You know who you are. It's about removing what's getting in the way of you acting from that place, consistently.

How the work actually functions:

The gap between knowing and living it is rarely a mindset problem. It's a nervous system problem. Under sustained high performance, the body learns to run on vigilance - scanning, managing, controlling. That state is incompatible with the clarity, ease, and instinctive decision-making you're capable of.

I use a precise combination of somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, and values-based psychology to shift that pattern at the level where it actually lives - not through insight alone, but through the body, where it's held.

The result is structural. You're not learning techniques to cope better. You're changing the baseline you operate from.

This is also leadership work.

The leaders I work with aren't short on competence or ambition. What changes through this work is the internal experience of leading - less performance, less self-monitoring, more instinctive authority. Feminine leadership, done well, is not gentle or deferential. It's the capacity to hold your position without bracing, to make hard calls without spiralling, and to stop shrinking in proportion to other people's comfort.

That's not a mindset shift. It's a somatic one.

What working with me looks like:

We work in a focused 1:1 container - typically over three to six months - combining structured sessions with integration between them. The pace is intentional. This isn't a program you complete; it's a shift you consolidate. Women at your level don't need more information. They need the right conditions to use what they already know.

Who I've worked with:

Senior leaders and executives navigating transitions. High-achieving women who've done the therapy, read the books, and still feel the gap. Women who need a practitioner who won't be intimidated by how capable they already are.

The consistent shift: from high-functioning but quietly disconnected, to the same level of output - with a completely different internal experience of it.

My foundation:

My practice is grounded in somatic experiencing (Peter Levine), breathwork (Dan Brulé), nervous system science, and depth psychology - alongside rigorous training in trauma-informed practice.

I've trained with Celia Roberts, Lyanne Davis, and others working at the leading edge of embodied and integrative approaches.

I bring the same standard to this work that you bring to yours.

If any of this is landing:

The next step is conversation, a genuine assessment of whether this is the right fit for where you are. If it is, we'll know quickly.
