Hi, I'm Karolina β and I've been where you are
I'm a trauma-informed Transformational Holistic Coach, Women's Circle facilitator, author of The Fulfilled Woman Code, and creator of Birthing a New You β a transformative program for women.
Since 2018, I've guided women to move out of stress, release internal pressure, and return to a state of calm, grounded confidence β reconnecting with their bodies, rebuilding self-trust, and enjoying life again.
My work comes from lived experience. After navigating my own exhaustion and disconnection, I found my way back through breathwork, meditation, and nervous system work. That journey became my life's work.
I believe every woman has the capacity to live a deeply fulfilled life β when she feels safe in her body, trusts herself, and is connected to who she truly is.
